We have new time for summer.  We will meet at 8 am on Saturday and 5 pm on Sunday.  Usually we will meet at Clearwater in Springfield, off 42nd street, but occasionally we'll change it up and hike Mt. Pisgah, or meet at Pre's Trail.  When there is a change in the works...

The message for last week was about taking time to rest.  It's been two and a half years since we started the Calvary Running Team.  We've had a great time, built many relationships, been honored to walk with several of you through difficult times, and along the way we...

As the Pacific Northwest Marathon approaches, I've been talking to some of those who plan to run.  The conversations range from how best to stay hydrated, what to eat or not to eat, and even how best to warm up.  But at some point, it seems like everyone mentions, with...

I have a confession.  Last week I was in the grocery store and in a moment of weakness, I bought a box of Hostess Cupcakes.  Then I ate two of them.  And afterward, I felt terrible!  I felt terrible because what tasted good for a moment, soon made me nauseous.  I felt...
