Nogales, Mexico

Del Brown

Del is an Open Bible missionary in Nogales, Mexico. Del has a passion to advance the kingdom of God. He shares God’s love by caring for people in need, teaching God’s Word, and winning the lost for Christ. Del networks with several churches, orphanages, and the men’s and women’s rehab ranch, where several buildings have been built through the work of visiting teams. He conducts Bible studies in the women’s and juvenile prisons and provide follow-up programs for those released from prison.

Many people have come to Christ through these evangelistic outreaches.

Del shares: “’It’s not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord.

Fayth McConnell

Fayth McConnell is an Open Bible missionary to Northern Mexico. It is her desire to take the Gospel to the poor and underprivileged and to go wherever God opens a door for her. Her ministry involves building churches, ministering at orphanages and prisons, serving at soup kitchens, and working wherever she finds a need.

Many groups have come from the U.S. to Mexico to minister to the people and construct much-needed buildings. For ten years Fayth along side her late husband Bill have ministered in the women’s prison and seen many lives transformed by God’s love and power. In 1988 the McConnells purchased a six-acre ranch where more than 80 men are recovering from drugs and alcohol and more than 30 elderly women live who suffer from disabilities. They have literally taken people off the street who were abandoned and destitute, and now they serve Christ. She has said, “Together we can accomplish so much more for the ministry here in Mexico."
