Calvary Staff

  • Kirk and Diane Stickler - Lead Pastor

Kirk grew up in both Rapid City South Dakota and Eugene Oregon. In 2004 He came on staff half time to oversee the construction of our new building. Prior to that, Kirk had been involved in real estate and construction for many years so it was a natural fit for him to serve the church in that area.

In 2009, he joyfully made the jump from the business world to the greatest occupation in the world to serve as our lead pastor.

He loves cars, motorcycles, bikes, adventure, camping and most of all, doing life with his wife and kids.

Diane grew up on the Oregon coast in Coos Bay, and came from a great Christian home. She moved to Springfield as a freshman in high school after the death of her parents. Currently she works as a dental assistant and loves crafts, being a mom, bike riding, camping and traveling to warm places.

Kirk & Diane have three children.

  • Angela Agustin - Middle School Pastor

Angela Agustin is a powerful woman on a mission to grow and bloom in her God given identity. She has a fiery passion and calling to spur others on in hope, healing and discovering their own unique God given identities.

Angela is from Kauai, Hawaii and moved to Springfield, Oregon in April 2014. At the time she was battling breast cancer and going through a divorce. She moved here with three of her six children in complete surrender and obedience to God. After transplanting half her family, Angela started growing roots at her new church home, Calvary Open Bible. Here, Angela walked through deep and miraculous healing not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Angela loves her beautiful growing ohana (family) and is so proud to be a part of Calvary Open Bible staff.

Her favorite part about walking alongside God and the Calvary team is seeing our youth, couples, families and community walking out their faith, allowing God to change their lives forever. Outside of church, Angela can be found spending quality time with family and friends, cooking up a storm, planning adventures or just at home watching movies or playing games with her youngest son and oldest daughter, son-in-law and grandkids.

As a mother of six and now grandmother of four she has experienced all stages of child rearing. There are so many times in her life when she thought or felt she failed, but one of the greatest lessons and privileges Angela has learned is to surrender our mistakes and failures to God, knowing that he makes all things good.
